To this end, JARA’s management is committed to support and ensure that the entire organisation respects the integrated management policy of these standards as the best way to achieve the commercial, organisational and competitive objectives proposed for the permanence and growth of the company.

In this sense, JARA’s management maintains a Quality Management System in accordance with the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards and has established the following operating principles on which our Quality Management System is based.

As well as at the product level, having the approval of the different electricity companies: IBERDROLA, ENDESA, VIESGO, HC ENERGÍA and UNIÓN FENOSA.

TESTINGS

All our transformers are subjected to the tests required by the standards, in order to guarantee their correct operation.
To this end, we have our own laboratories, equipped with modern and precise measuring equipment and systems, certified and calibrated in accordance with the guidelines of the ISO 9001 standard, in order to obtain products with the most demanding quality standards.
We can consider three levels of testing:

ROUTINE TESTING

All our transformers are subjected to the following tests as standard:

  • Measurement of the transformation ratio and verification of the connection group.
  • Measurement of ohmic resistances of A.V. and B.V. windings.
  • Measurement of no-load losses and no-load current
  • Measurement of losses due to load and short-circuit voltage
  • Dielectric test of A.V. and B.V. windings by applied voltage
  • Dielectric test of A.V. and B.V. windings by induced voltage
  • Isolation test by MEGGER

TESTS OF TYPE

In agreement with our customer, the following type tests are carried out in accordance with the international standards in force:

 

  • Oil and windings heating test
  • Lightning impulse test
  • Noise level measurement
  • Endurance test, (fatigue of expandable fins)
  • Measurement of paint thickness and paint adhesion

OTHER TESTS

  • By prior agreement, other types of tests can be carried out on the transformer and/or its components.
    (FRA, capacitance and tangent delta, etc).
  • Check availability for other tests
